Pyrenees

I have 'cheated' here as it was John who took this picture on a recent bike tour of the Pyrenees. I felt that the modern lightweight mountain bicycle, the 'On top of the World' scene with the splendid hazy mountain nnd cloud background very appropriate.

Contemp - lation

It is called "Contemplation", inspired by the song you sent which made me think of the wonders of nature.
These are some rock formations created by strong winds eroding the rocks. This one looked like the head of a man staring beyond into the distance as in contemplation!

Cloutie tree

An old Celtic custom, also traditional in Tibet.
As you tie on a cloutie, (or cloth), you make a wish or prayer, and money donation . As the material fades, the wish is deemed to be taken off by the elements. Ended up with a tree decorated with love, good wishes and prayers, (this tree is for ‘Ropka‘, aid for the people of Tibet).
