Russia's Slanting Train

Whenever I think of Chaos, I reflect on the previous job I was on - delivering an oil pipeline across the Republic of Georgia. We encountered: bodies, bombs, two train crashes (caused by our Contractor), mud slides, two metres of snow, floods, kidnappings, carjackings, violent protests . . .
When this event occurred, I rushed to site to find a bunch of Georgian railway workers already on the scene (the vodka was also flowing as it was freezing) using all sorts of strange techniques to get the train back on the line. One of the welders tossed his welding rod into the bushes, which of course set them alight. Astonishingly nobody was hurt in this incident.
Ian.
